This shot came in the top 10 in Japan for national HDR competition recently.
This place is called Yamadera. They are sacred temples up high on a mountain side in Yamagatta prefecture. After a long drive from Fukushima we had to climb up 1000 stairs and perch my tripod on a tiny little narrow stair case blocking other visitors to get this shot.
